Elztec Water industrial ultrafiltration (UF) systems physically purify suspended solids, turbidity, bacteria, viruses, and high molecular weight organic matter in water with precise membrane technology. It is an ideal solution for excellent pre-treatment before reverse osmosis or for special processes requiring high-precision water.
Product Description
Ultrafiltration (UF) modules consist of semi-permeable capillary membranes with a pore diameter of 0.01 to 0.1 microns. These systems demonstrate flawless performance in microbiological purification and high-precision particle removal where conventional sand and carbon filtration methods are insufficient. They are safely used especially in surface water, river water, well water, or wastewater recovery projects.
System automation fully automatically manages normal production, backwash, and chemically enhanced backwash (CEB) processes via pneumatic valves and PLC. This smart control mechanism prevents membrane fouling, offering long-lasting and high-efficiency operation while optimizing operating costs.
