Elztec Water reverse osmosis systems with pre-treatment extend membrane life by filtering coarse sediment, chlorine, and organic matter in mains or well water before they reach the RO membranes. Thanks to its integrated sand and carbon filters, it offers highly efficient, long-lasting, and compact water treatment solutions.
Product Description
Designed to meet the high-capacity pure water needs of industrial facilities, this compact system consists of multimedia (sand) and activated carbon filters positioned before the reverse osmosis unit. This integrated pre-treatment stage significantly prevents premature clogging of membranes and chlorine-induced degradation, reducing operating costs and keeping the overall performance of the system at its peak.
Thanks to the fully automatic automation valves in the system, the pre-treatment tanks clean themselves by backwashing at predetermined times. The RO control panel with an advanced digital display allows monitoring of instantaneous conductivity, flow rate, and pressure values, ensuring a safe and uninterrupted treatment process without the need for human intervention.
